Unless otherwise stated, all Hunter & Lola branded products are handmade to order, and therefore the turnaround times can vary.

Please see below for a guideline on our typical turnaround times. Please note that these turnaround times are to be used as a guideline - and may be slightly higher during busy seasonal periods. Therefore turnaround times may be subject to change based on current circumstances.

We operate a delivery system based on the overall size and weight of your order. Delivery costs vary by country as follows:

  • UK - £1.50 - £3.95
  • Europe - £7.95 - £16.95
  • USA & Canada - £13.95 - £24.95
  • Australia - £13.95 - £26.95

We offer FREE UK Shipping for all orders over £60. Please ensure to select the Free Shipping option at checkout when placing your order to receive this. 

Standard Delivery in the UK is sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class, which takes approximately 2-5 working days from date of dispatch.

International shipping is available on all of our products via either Royal Mail International Standard, Royal Mail International Signed, or courier for larger orders. International shipping times are generally 5-7 working days from date of dispatch, however can vary dependent on country, and local courier services.

Please allow extra time when placing your order during Bank Holidays or Festive periods.

We obtain proof of postage for all items sent, and cannot be held responsible for any losses, or damage to products during delivery. If an item is lost or damaged in the post, we will ask you to submit a claim to Royal Mail - and will provide you with the documentation required to support your claim. If you would like to replace the original order, we will request that you submit a new order using the compensation monies received from Royal Mail. We will however prioritise your order so that a replacement is made and dispatched to you as quickly as possible.


As of 1st July 2021, new Brexit legislation means that VAT, customs and import fees now apply to all import and export within the EU. For more information on these fees and the import process, please visit your local government website.

Hunter & Lola are not responsible for any import duties, taxes or other fees imposed on your order by your own country. Nor are we responsible for any shipping delays caused by postal/courier services, or local customs.

In the event that any such import fees go unpaid, customs may return your parcel to us as the sender. Hunter & Lola have no obligation to cancel or refund your order, and a refund of the goods value only will be at our discretion. No refunds will be offered for failed shipping costs. Should you wish for the order to be shipped again, a new shipping fee will be invoiced to you.
