ABOUT BRAND
Wee Gallery are a husband and wife team Dave and Surya. As a graphic designer (Surya) and teacher (Dave), they were fascinated by the idea of helping their own baby’s brain develop by literally playing with visuals. But instead of just drawing black lines on a piece of paper, they created a planet of animals, which continued to entertain son Siddu as he got older, and then with their daughter Anya. Wee Gallery continued to grow with their family, and they so they decided to make the brand grow with other families too.

TURNAROUND TIMES
HANDMADE ITEMS:
Unless otherwise stated, all Hunter & Lola branded products are handmade to order, and therefore the turnaround times can vary. Please see below for a guideline on turnaround times for our own handmade products:
- * Felt ball garlands and accessories - typical turnaround time is 3-5 working days. However custom, or glitter garlands may take upto 14 working days.
- * Prints - all prints are typically shipped within 2-3 working days
- * Felt ball wreaths, mobiles and trees - please allow upto 21 working days
- * Wooden decor (exc. name signs) - please allow upto 21 working days for any wooden decor to be made and dispatched. This does not include any items that are "left natural" i.e. unpainted. In these cases, if in stock, your item will be shipped within 3-5 working days
- * Name and custom word signs - all name and custom word signs are ordered in specially. Therefore please allow upto 21 working days for these items to come in, and be painted. If the sign is to be left natural, then it will be shipped the next day after it arrives with us. This can take upto 3 weeks to arrive with us depending on time of year.
If you require a handmade product sooner, please get in touch with us first so that we can see if we can accommodate.
LIFESTYLE BRANDS:
If your order only includes products from our lifestyle brands, then these will be shipped within 3-5 days - though typically sooner. The only exception to this is pre-order items, which the estimated shipping date will be available on the product page before you add to basket.

DELIVERY
We operate a delivery system based on the size of products that you order. This system is based on Royal Mail's Large Letter and Small Parcel pricing structure.
Delivery costs vary by country as follows:
- UK - £1.50 - £3.95
- Europe - £7.95 - £16.95
- USA & Canada - £13.95 - £24.95
- Australia - £13.95 - £26.95
Standard Delivery in the UK is sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class, which takes approximately 2-5 working days from date of dispatch.
International shipping is available on all of our products via either Royal Mail International Standard, Royal Mail International Signed, or Courier for larger orders. International shipping times are generally 5-7 working days from date of dispatch, however can vary dependant on country, and local courier services.
For all international deliveries, we will refund any overages charged once your order has been dispatched. Please note that our shipping costs are determined by combination of postage AND packaging costs. Average packaging cost is approximately £1-1.50 per order. All shipping overages are refunded automatically to the payment method used for your order.
Please allow extra time when placing your order during Bank Holidays or Festive periods.
We obtain proof of postage for all items sent, and cannot be held responsible for any loss of damage to products during delivery.
Hunter & Lola are not responsible for any import duties, taxes or other fees imposed on your order by your own country. Nor are we responsible for any shipping delays caused by postal/courier services, or local customs.
Additional Information
We only use the highest quality acrylic paints and craft mediums; which are water-based, and non-toxic
We do not use solvents, varnish, or any other nasties to seal our products. Just pure organic beeswax that we make ourselves using locally sourced ingredients
Glitter Note: our glitter paints offer a light translucent coverage, best used over a paint colour. On some products, we use a fine glitter dust to provide a fuller coverage. This glitter may shed, and therefore only light handling is advised
We are not liable for any errors in personalisation or colour choices when ordering. Therefore please ensure that you check these details are correct before submitting your order
Whilst our products are made using non-toxic products, they are not toys, and are intended for decoration purposes only. For safety, always place products out of reach of babies and children
